This notice describes how personal data of visitors to www.nighthawkesdrones.com, and of people who write to us through the quote request form, is processed, in accordance with Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

2. What data we process, why and on what basis
Quote request form
If you fill in the form you give us your name, email and/or phone number and the content of your message; we also record the language of the page. We use this data only to reply to your request and, if you ask for one, to prepare a quote.
Legal basis: taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6.1.b GDPR) and your consent, which you give by ticking the relevant box (Art. 6.1.a). Providing the data is optional, but without it we cannot reply to you.
Technical data and security
Like any website, the server hosting these pages records browsing data (for example IP address, date and time, requested page, browser). To protect the form from automated and repeated submissions we keep, for at most one hour, a non-reversible code (hash) derived from the IP address, used only to limit the number of submissions. Legal basis: legitimate interest in the security and proper operation of the site (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).
What we do not do
We do not use traffic analytics, advertising or profiling tools, and we do not sell or pass on data to third parties for commercial purposes.
3. Recipients of the data
Data may be processed by the Controller's authorised staff and by providers acting as data processors, in particular the website hosting provider and the email service provider through which we receive requests.
Some icon animations are loaded from the Lordicon service (cdn.lordicon.com): as with any web request, the provider receives the visitor's IP address. Fonts, on the other hand, are hosted on our own site and are not requested from external services. Links to social networks (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube) are simple links: those services process data only if you choose to open them, under their own policies.
4. How long we keep the data
Requests received through the form are kept for as long as needed to handle them and, if no contract is concluded, for no more than 24 months after the last contact; if the request leads to a contract, the data is kept for the duration of the contract and for the periods required by law. Technical data is kept by the hosting provider only for the time strictly necessary for security.
5. Your rights
You may at any time request access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interest. You may withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal. To exercise your rights write to info@nighthawkesdrones.com.
If you believe the processing infringes the law, you may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority; in Italy, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (www.garanteprivacy.it), or the authority of your country of residence.
